Hey!
I’m hiring a Social Media Assistant who will be supporting me in the smooth running and growth of my Instagram channels. This role has both a creative, as you'll be involved in content creation for social media and designing graphics, and also a strategic element, as you'll be assisting in community building and growth.
I'm looking for a person to join me on a mission to tell stories that reclaim our relationship with nature and ourselves. The ideal candidate will be proactive and take initiative in designing and implementing ideas that progress both the reach and impact of my work.
This is a freelance position for someone who is bilingual and proficient both in written and spoken Spanish and English.
This is a remote position, though I will be prioritising applicants based in London to conduct the monthly meeting (roundtable) in person.
Your tasks will include:
Joining me in the monthly roundtable to come up with a content strategy for the month
Hunting trends that can be adapted to our niche and style and bringing them into the roundtable
x 3 short weekly check-in
Repurposing posts
Revising or writing post copies to improve searchability through SEO
Scheduling/Uploading pre-created content
Re-housing IG content on TikTok
Creating stories to promote posts after publication
Community engagement at upload time
Essential requirements and skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish
Great communication skills
Passion and interest in topics surrounding nature, languages, psychology, wellness, storytelling, environmentalism
Being proactive and taking initiative

It is a freelance, entry-level position. If you want to learn about social media management, content creation, and community building for a thriving platform that drives change. We’ll be working closely and I’ll teach you everything I know so that one day these skills become second nature for you.

Retribution (London Living Wage): £252
